Mockup & Concept Terms (v1 · 2026-08-07)
By requesting a mockup, audit, or concept, you agree that all concepts, designs, drafts, and mockups created by JBNX LLC ("Designer") are and remain the sole property of Designer and are protected by U.S. copyright law. They are provided to you for evaluation only. No license or right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, or create derivative works is granted unless and until Designer receives payment in full under a separate agreement.
Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and a breach of these terms, and Designer may pursue all available remedies, including statutory damages and attorney's fees. You agree not to share mockups or concepts with third parties without Designer's written consent. Submitting this request with the box below checked constitutes your electronic acceptance of these terms.
