Questions people actually ask
Is the estimate the real price?
Yes. The estimator runs the same arithmetic printed above it, and the every-2-weeks number is the real rate — not a list price I mark down. It only changes if the house is meaningfully different from what you typed. You’ll hear that from me before I start, never on the invoice after.
Why is weekly cheaper per visit than monthly?
Because it’s less work. A house cleaned every week never gets far from clean, so the detailed pass runs closer to two hours than four. A house cleaned once a month has a full month sitting in the corners — that visit costs more, not less. You’re paying for my time.
Do I have to be home?
No, and most people aren't. Lockbox, keypad, a hidden key, or a key you hand me at the first visit — any of those work. You get a text when I arrive and a text when I leave.
Where do you go?
I live in Waldorf, so Waldorf, St. Charles, White Plains, La Plata, Bryans Road, Indian Head and Brandywine are my home ground. Accokeek, Clinton, Fort Washington, Oxon Hill and National Harbor are on the route too. Farther out — Upper Marlboro, Bowie, Alexandria, DC — I’ll still come, with $25 added for the drive.
Do you bring supplies?
All of it, vacuum included. If you'd rather I use your products — fragrance-free, stone-safe, something for a specific finish — leave them on the counter.
What if I need to skip a week?
Move it or skip it free up to 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours it's $40, because I can't fill that slot that late. Skip two in a row and the next visit prices at the rate below, since more will have built up. That's the tradeoff, and it works both ways.
How do I get paid?
After the visit — cash, Zelle, or card. Houses on a schedule usually get one invoice on the first of the month. No deposit, no contract.
