Detailed cleaning is priced by time, and time comes from how big the place is and how long it’s been. Here’s what a 4-bed, 2.5-bath house in Waldorf runs. The every-2-weeks number is the real rate — there is no list price I mark down from.

Weekly costs less per visit because less builds up, so the visit is shorter. Once a month costs more, not less — a month sits in the corners and it takes longer to get it out. My minimums are $200 weekly, $250 every 2 weeks, $400 monthly, $500 for a one-off, and a 4-bed, 2.5-bath, 2,400 sq ft house lands right on them. Anything larger prices above.

Houses on a schedule

Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. Same day, same person at the door. The whole house gets the detailed pass every visit — not a rotation where the baseboards wait a season.

Deep clean

Baseboards, door frames, blinds, inside the oven and fridge, grout, light fixtures, behind and under whatever moves. Usually your first visit.

Move-in & move-out

Empty house. Every cabinet and drawer, appliances inside and out, closets, garage swept. Priced to pass a landlord or a settlement walkthrough.

Offices & small business

Suites, studios, salons and clinics under about 6,000 sq ft. Evenings and Sundays cost the same as daytime. Priced by the square foot.

I live in Waldorf and I’ve been cleaning houses out of here since 2014. I’ve never handed a customer’s key to a stranger. Most of my houses have been with me for years. They know which day I come. I know which cabinet the good glasses live in.

I bring my own supplies, vacuum included. If you’d rather I use something unscented, or a product you already trust on your counters, leave it out and I’ll use yours. I’m insured and bonded — and if I break something of yours, you’ll hear it from me before you find it.
